I work exclusively on an appointment only basis and by booking an appointment you agree to these terms. I totally appreciate that ‘life’ happens and things that are out of our control can catch us out at times but I believe that everyone that has chosen to book an appointment deserves my undivided attention and the highest level of service. I thank you in advance for your support and cooperation in helping run a successful business and have a job that I absolutely love whilst  giving you all a well-deserved fuss and pamper in warm and welcoming relaxed yet professional environment.


*All cancellation, no show , late arrivals and last minute changes are monitored and should this be occurring on a regular basis I reserve the right to refuse service and no further bookings made.

*These polices are subject to change at anytime without any prior notice.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / LATE ARRIVAL / LAST MINUTE CHANGES



CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are allowable up to 48 hours before a confirmed appointment with no charge.
Cancellations of a confirmed appointment with less than 48hrs notice are charged as below:
*Less than 48hrs notice will incur a 50% charge.

“Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge

NO SHOW

If you fail to arrive for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total costs. 


LATE ARRIVAL
Without exception if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it will be cancelled and charged 100% as a no show. If your appointment is for multiple services, they will be subject to change according to the remaining time available however you will be charged the full amount.

LAST MINUTE CHANGES

Changes to a booking and or date is possible up to 48 hours before your appointment. If for any reason you cancel part of a confirmed booking for multiple services outside of the cancellation policy the full costs of the original booking are payable.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

All services & treatments are booked through the online booking system, it’s the best way to make sure you’re seeing the most accurate and up to date availability and is available to you 24/7. It is your sole responsibility to diary or have a note of your appointments, to aid this please ensure you enable the in-app notifications to receive appointment reminders and important essential notifications failure to do so may result in you missing a confirmed appointment and being charged. The booking system allows cancellations and changes to a booking and or date upto 48 hours before.


PAYMENT
Payment for all services are in full on the day of your appointment and after completion of your service no credit or delayed payment will be accepted. Payment can be either cash or card, preferred method of payment is card and the machine allows contactless payments from all major debit & credit cards as well as from paypal and payment apps on mobile devices. All clients are required to add a card to their online account to secure and confirm the booking as per the booking specific terms & condition,

GIFT VOUCHERS
All gift vouchers have a generous validity period and as such no extension to expiry dates are given. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and no change will be given. You must present your gift voucher as means of payment at the time of service failure to do so will requirement payment in full by alternative means.

SICKNESS
If you display any symptoms of transmissible illness, sickness bug or virus please cancel your appointment as soon as possible. If you have to cancel outside of the cancellation policy terms with symptoms of illness as a gesture of goodwill and solely at my discretion, I may credit any cancellation charges on your next appointment. Please do not just not show up for your appointment even if you cancel late the night before, please do so I know not to expect you. If you fail to cancel and don’t arrive for your appointment you will be charged the full cost of your service in line with the cancellation & no-show policy.

GUESTS & CHILDREN
Please do not bring any other person with you to your appointment (unless they are your carer/you are the carer) . Without exception I cannot accommodate children in the room, it’s just too small and there are too many hazards, I offer extended working hours to accommodate this as best I can so those of you with children can come along and have that time to yourself to relax, recharge and refresh a little for whatever treatments you want.

ACCESS & PARKING
There is plenty of free parking on site but please park considerately for other site visitors. The Fairy Nailmother and site owners are not liable for any loss or damage caused whilst you are using the parking facilities and you park at your own risk. Access is via a secure electronic gate and you will be sent the gate code in your reminder message prior to your appointment.

REPAIRS/FIX UP'S:
If you need a nail repair that's not been caused through any fault of your own ( not following aftercare , the nail broke, you nibbled it off .... you know that kinda stuff) within the first 48hrs it's FREE but after that it will be charged according to time and products used. Repair services are bookable through the booing system as normal.

REFUNDS
Refunds are not issued, however if you are dissatisfied with any aspect your treatment or service, please contact me within 48hrs of your service and I will endeavour to correct any problems. Please note you may be asked to attend the studio for such corrections.

MOBILE PHONES 
I politely and respectfully ask that you do not use your mobile phone during brow, lash and nail services as this makes performing your service somewhat of a challenge. If you have inspo pictures that you want to show then please do that before we start your service and please be aware that once your hands are washed and sanitized you will not be able to touch or use your phone until after your service is completed.

CLIENT RECORD CARD
Please ensure you use the link sent to you to complete the electronic client record card before your first appointment. Your details are stored securely and in line with GDPR data compliance.

PATCH TEST
ALL (without exception) the below require patch test no less 48hrs before treatment and no longer than 6 months before service;
*Lash and Brow Tinting
*HD Brows
*Lash Extensions
*Lash Lift & Tint
without a patch test I won’t perform the treatment it would be very irresponsible of me a therapist never mind against my insurance requirements. You just can’t take any chances around the eyes, we only get one set and they’re irreplaceable.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
For insurance purposes you must be 16yrs or over for any gel polish / nail extension services and over 18yrs for lash lift/extensions/tint & brow tinting services. All other services you must be over 13yrs and accompanied by an appropriate adult or parent.
